What Is Pixel Or Picture Element In Photography?
asked 2 years ago
Answers
All pictures are made up of small dots called pixels. The resolution or quality of an image is dictated by the number of pixels per inch. The standard is 300 pixels per inch. Hence a good quality 10 x 8 inch digital image is 3000 x 2400 pixels. It is essential to understand resolution if you are working with digital images. There is plenty of information out there on the Internet which will explain more fully.

Pixel is clarity. The more the pixel the more sharp is the picture quality. It simply improves the picture quality.
