    My Wife Of 16 Years Of Marriage Has Up Left,taking My Kids Leaving Without Any Money Nothing. Is This Right Or Legal?

    We both would argue at times,she has her brother living with us for the past year and a half paying only 400.00 a month.not buying any food

    Legally she can not take the kids with her. You have to sue her for your rights. The court will decide who will take the custody on the kids according to the circumstances.

    You may want to check on the laws in the state where you live. Sometimes whoever files for temporary custody first gets to keep the children until the issues are settled in court. It may be that she hasn't thought to file for temporary custody yet. Hope things work out for the best!
