The dark yellow urine is probably due to dehydration; you should drink a couple of glasses of water over the next hour or so, until your urine is clear or pale yellow. The diarrhea and stomach pain are most likely related to something you ate; it should get better after a day or so. If any other symptoms present themselves (like a fever or muscle soreness), you should probably make an appointment to see your doctor and get his advice.
