I have a 1999 honda accord coupe...  The AC and the heat doesn't work.  The fans blow but neither the AC nor the heat work.  Appears a fuse is blown or a wire is loose.  I checked the fuse boxes in the car interior...  They're fine.  So maybe one of the fuses under the hood?
