Here's an easy recipe....
Just lightly brown your pork chops in a pan - do not cook them - just brown them with a little oil in a fry pan. PUt them in a baking dish.
Cover the pork chops with a can of cream of mushroom soup and a half can of milk (mixed together).
Cover with foil and back at 325 for 1.25 hours.
Toss in a couple of whole spuds.
After done - you have the "gravy" from the chops, for the baked spuds and the chops! Toss a salad and YUM!

I like to use loin chops for this recipe. Clean chops, pat dry, season with a splash of hot sauce, dash of garlic powder, onion powder and a pinch of dried herb of your choice. Spray with cooking spray {i like butter flavored) and bake at 350 until done.

This is something my mum used to do all the time....and I love it....
Crumb your pork chops in the usual crumbs.......
First....flour...then in egg wash...then in bread crumbs...
Put them in a baking dish..they can be crammed in together, just not on top of each other..they have to sit flat in the dish..
Stick them in a moderate oven..180C for about 40 mins...out until golden brown....The pork will be so tender it will melt in your mouth...
ENJOY....
For something special add parmo cheese in the bread crumbs...Yummo....
