You cannot unblock yourself on other's MSN Messenger's list unless they opt for that. Although you can send an E-mail to that person and request for removing you from block list but there are some users that say people can unblock themselves at other's MSN List without their approval. Do, visit here and see the tip that they offer for unblocking yourself. But, note that even If you unblock your self at other's list without their approval, you will easily get unblocked again.

There is a way u can ....if u r blocked by a contact at msn u can unblock ur self but i forgot the way ,it is control or alt something but i forgot
