How Long Do You Have To Get An Annulment? Do I Have Grounds For One?

My husband is bipolar and was taking medication and had a job when we married. He won't take medication or work now. Is this grounds for a divorce or annulment?

I believe this is classified as non support, but am not sure if this is sufficient grounds. You would have to check your State laws on what the grounds allowed are.

In a no faultDivorce state you can get a divorce. Annulments however are right up there with audience with the pope. My ex tried to kill me 3 times, raped me, etc. And I couldn't get one.
