How Do I Ease The Pain In My Back Associated With Arthritis And Fibromayalgia?

I was diagnosed with arthritis, fibromayalgia and insomnia at age 13. I went into "remission" at age 19-21. Since the birth of my second child a year ago my back pain is so intense it keeps me up at night and makes every day activities difficult. I have been seeing a MD about it and she referred me to a rheumatologist after starting me on numerous medications and us not finding relief. I am now off the pain meds and we are starting all over. I am in pain and need help!

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 6 month ago, i did the meds and pain pills. I found that a good stretch routine and water aerobics helps allot. Just try to rest when you get tired and slowly you will be able to do more and more. I stretch in the morn after a warm shower and again at night before bed. I sleep much better and do not take even close the the amount of pain meds i was at first. Also maybe deep tissue massage i have read it works well for some. Try mebmd.com there is lots of useful info on that sight.
