Xanax is a short lived sedative that usually lasts about 4-6 hours in your system. If you just took one it will not take 14 days. The dosage is the question if you care to say.
That's not true. I once took only 1 Xanax and had a dirty urine for Benzos 10 days later. The people at the lab told me benzodiazepines stay in the system 14 days with infrequent use and 4-6 weeks with prolonged daily use.
