It depends on the B+ type genotype...It can be either BB or BO.
If one of the parents is BB and the other one is AB, then there's a 50% chance that the child's gonna be an AB or BB type.
If the parents are BO + AB. Then there's a 25% chance to be AB, 25% to be BB, 25% to be AO, and 25% to be BO. So, there's a 50% chance to be a B phenotype...
If you have a O+ type baby, then you are not the father ;)
