Dark Spots On Liver Were Found During Ultrasound While Checking Gallbladder. Is This Normal?
I know the gallbladder, pancreas and liver work together. Trying to rule out gallbladder problems with an ultrasound dark spots were noticed on the liver. Is this a concern?

Chest pain, right side, not hungry. Had gallbladder checked out, ok, had heart checked out, ok, got a x-ray and that showed a large black spot on my liver. Waiting for MRI. I am 45 years old and always been in fairly good health. Do I need to be concerned that this is cancer. My father passed away a couple years ago with brain cancer.

My niece had this and it was not a problem at all - some kind of pigmentation, apparently. You can question your G.P. About it when you discuss your ultrasound results.

my fiances ultrasound of her liver shows eight spots on it. i dont know what this is but im very worried. shes been on prednisone (steroids) for 6 years. she keeps getting infection after infection and it wont go away and since she is on this steroid it masks the infection so it appears its gone but isn't. she cant live without these steroids and she cant live like this. she also has one failed kidney, her gallbladder,bladder,lungs and ovaries are already messed up.all this thanks to prednisone. what should we do?

my fiances ultrasound of her liver shows eight spots on it. i don't know what this is but I'm very worried. shes been on prednisone (steroids) for 6 years. she keeps getting infection after infection and it wont go away and since she is on this steroid it masks the infection so it appears its gone but isn't. she cant live without these steroids and she cant live like this. she also has one failed kidney, her gallbladder,bladder,lungs and ovaries are already messed up.all this thanks to prednisone. what should we do?
