Yes it is perfectly normal......Everyone is different so if you don't have your period yet don't be alarmed......some people don't get their period until they're in their 20's......If you're still worried then just talk to a gynecologist about it and they will explain everything in detail for you, plus answer any questions you may have about the menstrual cycle.
