I was given a "Pasta Perfect" Pasta Machine, with no instruction manual with it. I was wondering if you would know where I could find one online?

Try going to the manufacturer's website. Just Google "Pasta Perfect Pasta Machine". Most manufacturer's have manuals online, or request forms you can fill out to get one. If not, there will be a customer service number. Just call them and explain your situation. Most of the time, they will mail it to you for free.
