If Anybody Teases Me I Get Tense, I Am Not Able To Deal That Situation, What To Do?

Do this kill them with kindness. Keep being sarcastic. Last year I was called diseased rat. So I kept being sarcastic. And I would say things in a sugar sweet voice. Keep Ignoring them too. Don't give them the satisfaction of getting to you.

What sort of teasing is going on? The answers could be a lot better if that were known,you can tune them out,pretend like you don't hear it ,or you can shock them with a response like turning quickly and saying were you talking to me? This might shake them up, I take for granted you have been ignoring them...

Loosen up. Find some things about you that are kind of funny and learn to laugh at yourself first. Keep a few well rehearsed responses to insults, in your mind, so that you can just say it to them out loud. Mad magazine used to have these 'Snappy answers to stupid questions', make some up and practice them. Think of light spirited insults that you can toss at a person without a lot of thought!

Just ignore them, its much better. Or laugh with them, be nice, but if they start being really mean start with the comebacks. I get teased at school as well. Even though it's a bit of a different situation (because I'm a girl who gets teased by all the boys, and I take it way too seriously) I've been advised to ignore them.
