Why Will A Cd Play Sound But Not A Dvd?
I installed a dvd burner but I have no sound when the dvd is played. The sound is fine on a CD but none is heard on a DVD.

Did this problem start right after installing dvd burner?This problem can be due to various reasons.It might be that your new dvd burner software has some how damaged your sound card driver so try re installing that,or it could be that you are missing an audio codec.
