Is There An Amount, Or Limit A Landlord Is Allowed To Raise The Rent?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

In the UK most rents are set and checked by the local council to ensure that a fair rent is being charged. If at any time a big increase is made then there are many independent help groups that can negotiate on your behalf, citizens advice, shelter etc. so if you in UK and unsure of your rent then there are options available to help you.
