Where Can I Find Information About Photography For A Beginner?
I have ordered a Nikon D70s SLR. I know NOTHING about photography, and obviously about the camera itself. Where can I find good free information online? I would love to take an online class, but they're too expensive. I need good info for the novice that costs VERY LITTLE or is completely free. A free class would be fantastic!

I would suggest that you visit your local lending library first and see what they have to offer. As this is such a popular subject at the moment they normally hold a good stock of relevant literature. There are hundreds of photography websites some very good ones with excellent forums where you can obtain information. Have a good trawl around the Internet until you find one that you like. Time spent on studying the camera handbook will be well rewarded. However the best way to learn is to get out with the camera and start shooting you will soon become familiar with the controls through use. Enjoy your photography!
