    Generally, if you eat a healthy breakfast of around 150-200 calories, then a lunch of around 300, and a small dinner, you will begin to lose weight the healthy, not-have-to-cut-anything-out way. All you do is eat smaller portions and take 20 minutes to eat each meal. It also helps to snack on healthy things like crisp fruits and veggies throughout the day. I hope this helps =]

      Do exercises at least 3 times a week each day for 30 minutes....1 gm fat = 9 cal.....1 gm pro = 4 cal.....1 gm carb = 4 cal.
