Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

According to a publication of the National Dairy Council (US), there will be 9-13 grams of lactose in 8 oz of 2% milk.

The 2% refers to the milk fat content, by volume. There will be 2%*8 oz = .16 oz of that.
