Saliva testing can only detect cocaine for up to 48 hours. It is also not as accurate as other testing such as urine or blood.

Usually cocaine is out of your system within 3-5 days depending if you were a chronic user or not. So you are in the clear this time, what about the next? How could you risk whatever it is that requires a drug test in the first place. It must not be that important to you.
