Many doctors recommend the fiber in food because they are good for health and human body. Fiber presents in many fruits and vegetables. It is present different fruits like mango, strawberry, banana and similarly in much food also. However it does not have any calories in it. The use of fiber makes your intestines healthy and you can properly digest your meals. There are two types of fiber one is soluble fiber and the second is insoluble fiber. So they are beneficial for the human body. Soluble fiber is present in many eatable things like in beans, peas, rice, and barley and in fruits.
So the soluble fiber absorbs the water from the human body and it makes your digestion system very good and you can easily digest the food. The second one is called insoluble fiber so as it name specifies it does not absorb in the water. It is found in many plants like peels, in covering of grains. So it clean your intestines like the brush cleans your teeth. So this is very good for the health of human body. Fiber is very beneficial in other ways as well. It helps balance the sugar in your body and is quite good for the heart. A typical US diet has about 11 grams of fiber/year, very poor. China for example has about one (1) gram/day. Any question why the heart disease rate in the US is much, much higher? The western diet is a killer.
