What Is Excellent Customer Care?

    The company should make sure its product is good without faults before it sells it.  It should provide a good aftercare service with staff who are quick and understand the problem.  The client should not be left hanging on the phone.  The client should be able to understand the employee and the employee should be capable of following through various information.  Sending out someone to collect a laptop some days after you have reported back within an hour that the computer is fixed, then sending a technician to fix it the day after, plus another trying to make an appointment is gross incompetence.  That is my recent experience with a so called top computer manufacturer.
