How Do You Get Mew In Fire Red?

I have Mew on Pokemon Fire Red. The method that I used seems to work best.  All of the other methods that people say are clearly ridiculous and unrealistic.
Here is my method:
- First, you must have attained level 100 with at least 3 Pokemon.
- Next, you must beat the Elite Four a million quadrillion infinity times.
- Then you must catch or breed Shiny versions of all 151 original Pokemon.
- Then you have to train all 151 of your Shinies to level 100.
- Then you must go to the Day Care (important) and use the PC there to set free all of your Pokemon, leaving just your shiny Mewtwo.
- You must then travel to a Poke Mart and purchase 999 Pokeballs (no less)
- Then take your Nintendo DS, Game Boy Advance, or whatever you are using and smash it on the ground as hard as you can.  When you turn it back on, Mew should be added to your party.

You beat the elite four15 times then go to bills house and talk 2 him and go outside

Find someone who has it and trade it to your game when they're not looking

You have to catch squirtle, charmander and charmander then go to mount moon and catch a clefairy, after you have done this go and talk to bill he will tell you a load of stuff. Then put your clefairy first in your party. Talk to bill again and he will tell you about a man called cosmos kaz in viridean forest. Have 1000 battles in viridean forest then he will appear battle him and if your win you will get a mew

Just take your game and smash it against your head. When your done doing that  you must smack yourself in the face at least 500 times. You cant catch a mew in fire red. You can only trade it from red blue and yellow. Get a life.

You cant. Ive been reading your answers and you guys sound so stupid. If you want a mew you cant get it. Too bad. Unless u cheat. There are numbers of pokemon that have never been made to be catched in any pokemon game. There stop listening to these idiots. How can u fill ur pokedex if u dont have mew.... Yeah u see these people dont know what they say.

First trade a pokemon from another game with cut so you dont have to go on the ferry to get it. Then go through and beat the game. You have to have a Golem with strength. Surf over to the truck by the ferry station. Use strength with Golem on the truck. It will move and a mew will appear. It should be a level 25! This is the only way.

Well you must do the following it really works no joke i showed my friends.



1. Catch and train every pokemon except mew to lvl 100

2. Beat the elite 4 10,578,987 times (its actually simple)

3. Take your ds or game boy and throw it at your friend as hard as possible

4. Kick your friend

5.throw your ds or game boy at the ground as hard as you can

6. Kick your friend again (if you want, its funny)

7. Go to prof. Oak and he will try to kiss you. Kick him and use  strength with mewtwo to throw him out the window.

8.mew will come flying out of his butt and land on spear pillar.

9.play pokemon diamond/pearl/platinum and catch him, he is level 876. He may have poop stains on him, so if u see brown stuff, its ok (he was stuck in prof.oaks butt for 250 years.... Remember?)

10. When you get to spear pillar, he will thank you because he was stuck in his but for 250 years. He will go on and on about how big the poop was and how bad his farts smell.

11. After you catch or kill mew, prof.oak will come. Use surf and prof. Oak will die. You will go to jail. That means you cant play for 19 years. Sorry but u have to do that if u want mew.

You go and trow all the pokemon into the wild then go and spend your  all cash on potions then  go were mewtwo was and get lost then when you find mew you have no pokemon! 8D

First you use the walk trough cheat in vermilion need strength and surf you surf right then
you use strength on the truck then you see mew then you battle.

You can't. Trade from emerald event or cheat. The person that say's to beat elite 4 10 times with 2 pokemon is wrong you just gonna waist your time. You could get mew in the really old pokemon game call pokemon yellow special edition by using mew glitch

I know how to catch it on Red, but im not sure if it will work on Fire Red since the duplicate 6th item doesnt work :(

First you dump all your money and buy as many pokey balls as you can, beat the elite four 100 times,and fish in 1 island for a year non stop without saving, then you will find mew of 3 island anywhere. I have tried all the other ways this is the only one that works

You beat the pokemon league 12 times then you go to where you find mewtwo and you encounter a level 70 mew. Use Ultra balls or a Master ball. Or fill you're pokedex kanto and national and talk to professor oak and he will give you mew level 70
