    You should do Crunches and sit-ups. But when you do hte sit-ups, have your feet slightly above the ground. You can also do 6 inches which is where you lay on your back and have your feet 6inches above the ground. Hope this helps!!!!!

        The best way to lose fat from your stomach is to do aerobic exercise in your target heart rate zone.

        Crunches and sit-ups will strengthen your abs but it won't get rid of the layer of fat covering your abs. This is the myth of "spot reduction". You cannot do specific exercises to lose weight from a specific area of your body.
