When I Called To File My Unemployment Claim This Week, The Recording Got To Where She Says 'Press 1 For Yes, Press 9 For No' And The Recording Got Stuck Nanananannanananna For About 10 Seconds And Then Suddenly The Recording Says, 'you Have Claimed?
$1000 which exceeds your benefits !' I WAS IRATE TO SAY the least! So, obviously, it was a glitz in the recording! Now I won't receive my benefits this week. Cant I call back or somehow correct their mistake? Or do I have to get on the phone Monday for 3 hours to talk to someone!
