The literal translation of you are NOW a man is :

      vos es iam a vir

If you are figuratively trying to say you have achieved manhood (meaning you have become a man-- presumably a transition from boyhood ), you would say:

vos perficio statua of a vir (you have achieved the status of being man)  -or--

      pervenio virtus (reached manhood)  --or--

adultus ex puer lanio (grown from boy to man)
