How Do I Get Out Of My Lease?

I've been at my current residence for 7 years and I've found a new place to live but I had to sign the lease at my current place until everything came through at the new place I've put in my 60 day notice with my current landlords but their telling me that I cant break my lease. How can I get out of my lease before I lose my new place?

    You can get out of the lease by paying all your debts. That is if you clear your outstanding and give them a notice of 90 days, i don't think there should be a problem.
