What Is The Law On Cleaning A House After Moving Out?
I have given my landlord a 30 day notice and am getting ready to have a carpet cleaner come in when, my landlord informed me that I can not have one come in she will pick one after I move out and take it out of my security deposit. Can she do this??

The law varies from state to state. You have to check with your agreement. What it says about the clearing after you move out.
In my opinion, she shouldn't do this. It is unlawful. If you are willing to do it then she must allow you. Please check your agreement and then you can sue her.
