Along with being medium brown and relatively easy to pass, the fact that your doo doo is floating is a good sign! It means that you're receiving and digesting most of the right kinds of nutrients. When you're body can't digest proteins and other things that you're putting in it, it causes your bowel movements to be heavy or discoloured.

I've been told by medical people that your bowels should float and that is good when your bowels sink usually there is a problem it may not be serious but something is going on in your body.hope this helps...Peace
