I love dogs and especially Maltese puppies and mini Australian shepherds and i wanted to get one for free if possible. My price range is $20 or less. Thank you.

All I can really suggest is to look in the paper, and to look on craigslist. I know you can't get one from the pound for that price. Hope this helps.

You can go to any local animal shelter there is always a doggie there that needs your love!!
