You need to reword your question as there are too many possible answers. Do you want latitude and longitude? Or is it that Lebanon is 1 AU from Sol located on earth? Absolute location is not a well defined term as far as I know of. Also it would be much easier to give an answer for exact location of a specific spot, as a country does not have one location usually they spread over multiple parallels etc.
