I Am NOT A Confident Person At All. I Lack Confidence A LOT. Please Give Advice?
Everywhere I go, I feel people r staring at me. Then I start freaking out. I really have a problem. Just help....plz.....^-^

Lack of confidence is the same as lack of self esteem, look in the mirror, and say to yourself i am me, i'm not better than anyone, but no one is better than me.

U think u not a confident person.That's the problem.U a person more likely to succumb to illness more easily and take longer to recover.U have to think always +ve & make urself confident.U must avoid what society behaves over u.Because all born oneday & must die.
