Can A White Rose Be Colored?

Answer Question

If you place the rose in water colored with food dye and cut the stem half inch from the bottom at an angle, it will pick up the colors. Here's a tutorial on doing just that. www.ehow.com

I think by putting food coloring in the water the white flower is kept in before it opens.www.ehow.com

Fresh cut flowers can be colored by adding food coloring to warm water in a vase.  Normally if the flowers are very fresh they will take up the warm water and coloring (much faster than cold water) and the flower petals will change UNLESS they are already a very strong color.

Sure, cut them under running water and put them in any food color dye and they will change colors for you.
