    Fibre(Roughage) is an important ingredient to be consumed in our daily meals. It is very important to consume about 25-30 grms of fibre in our daily diet. There are two types of fibre Dietary and  soluble fibre.
        SOLUBLE FIBRE
        It helps us in the following ways:-
    1. Healthy weight loss.
    2. Regulate blood sugar.
    3. Reduce Cholesterol.
    Roughage helps in avoiding constipation and bowel functioning.
    Fibrous Foods:-
    Fruits, Vegetables, Seeds, Grains, Nuts, Sweet corn, Raddish, Green leafy vegetables, Potatoes, Broccoli, Beans, Bananna, Lentils etc.,.
