I think you would need to speak to someone in corporate at Google for this one. How did they access to your bank account and why did they have access to anything in your bank account. Speak to your bank immediately to get an answer on this. This may be illegal activity in the guise of something legitimate. I would contact both as soon as possible to avoid the fall out of criminal activity.

On the other hand, if you believe that it is possible that this is a legitimate freeze on your bank account, could they think that you have done something criminal and you are currently being investigated?

Write to the person at Google in charge of your region and ask for reasons. Go to the google building and ask to make an appointment to speak to someone. Do the same at your bank, could they be acting improperly?
