What Makes Roses Grow Really Well?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

If you know someone with cattle or horses ask them for a load of manure, till up area you are using, till in Bone Meal, Blood Meal and manure(dry manure), dead leaves, a little Epsom Salts or magnesium sulphate(same thing) and use a good time-released fertilizer, such as Osmocote, and you should start out pretty darn good there, remember, roses take a lot of time, patience and plenty of TLC.  They love composted material too.  They are heavy feeders.
