Hi, Well if her ears twitch a lot when she tries to chew that's one sign. A way you can find out is if you open the mouth with one hand and and put your smallest finger in and feel the back teeth but its not that easy to do. I would take her to the vets as soon as and they will check her teeth and file them down and that should solve the problem.

Guinea pig teeth never stop growing.
According to the SPCA:
"Guinea pigs must chew to wear down their constantly-growing front teeth, so you need to provide chew items such as apple, birch or willow branches, dried (whole grain) bread crusts, hay and/or firm vegetables such as carrots and broccoli stems."
