Yes . Tampons can let you do all sorts of activities that pads hinder you from doing. I prefer Tampax Pearls. Just remember to change them before and after you go swimming and fallow all the other directions and you should be good to go. Have fun Swimming

No. You have to wear a tampond. Even though im not on mine my friend and i went swimming and she was on hers so my brother took her to the store to get TAMPONDS!!!
