This recipe is for all-natural liniment of peppermint. Combine 1 teaspoon of menthol crystals, 1 teaspoon of camphor flowers, and 1 pint of oil (grapeseed works well). Heat until all is dissolved, but don't boil, and add 1 teaspoon of peppermint oil. Strain into a glass jar and refrigerate. Apply to the affected foot 2 to 3 times per day.

Alternatively, you can use Tea Tree oil instead of the peppermint oil. This works quite well. As a matter of fact, Tea Tree oil alone works wonders for athlete's foot.
