Use one part baby shampoo to 10 parts water solution. Use sterile cotton ball and wipe solution over eye till it opens.Can also use saline solution which will help disinfect the eye. I've even rub a dab of triple antibiotic ointment in my kittens eye to get rid of infection. Its very common in kittens.
