    Have the blood drawn at a veterinary clinic and shipped by them.  There are special tubes needed depending upon the tests required.  Sometimes the blood needs to be sent cold or frozen.
    Here is a website that has information about the veterinary schools and veterinarians in Egypt.  The veterinary teaching hospital will definitely know how to send blood out.
