Most people get enough protein from their regular food. Usually people actually have more protein in their bodies than they need. You didn't mention your weight and experts calculate the amount of protein one needs in connection with one's body weight. Protein supplements or rich foods are actually necessary for weight trainers and they are said to benefit from 1.6 grams per kg of body weight. People usually strive for this although people who are not into weight training do not indulge in any strenuous activity and can do with much less. However, an excess does no harm so you can calculate your requirement according to how much you weigh.

You can get your protein from other things than meat; however on Weight Watchers I think it's hard to not eat meat. I eat a lot of yogurt and Weight Watchers has a new yogurt size that counts for your milk allotment.
