Can I Terminate My Lease If My Landlord Is In Foreclosure?

    When the landlord makes you aware he or she is in foreclosure because the bank or whom ever has the deed may allow the tenants to stay until the lease is up......the best to you

    Or you can let the landlord know that you are aware of the forclosure and advise him/her you
