How Do You Train A Puppy?

The most difficult task while training a little puppy is to train him to relieve himself in appropriate places and training him where "not" to go. Before you start training your puppy, watch it's behaviours for a couple of days to detect warning signs etc. stay out door as often as possible so your puppy can get used to eliminating outdoors. Help him develop a liking for dirt, gravel and outdoor surfaces. If the weather is bad, you must take your puppy outside every 15 minutes. It's ok if the puppy does not want to urinate every time, but, he will get used to the idea of peeing outside. Be consistent with your training and within 2 months your puppy will be an adorable mannered little family member.

Give your puppy lots of love. Let your pet know they can always trust you. This will help with voice commands.

I have just had a baby Siberian Husky handed to me that was the runt and not getting enough to eat so I took her at 2 weeks and bottled fed her, and started taking her outside at that time and she could barely stand up.   She is now 6 weeks old and I feed her and take her out as soon as she get through eating.  I have found that if I take her out when she wakes up and after she eats or drinks water she has come to expect that and she goes out to the bathroom and not to play.  She does her job, I praise her and love on her all the way back inside.  She is getting there in her own time and there are very few accidents.  This is my 3rd Sibe and they are really easy to train and to control once you establish who is the ALPHA in the house.  Now if I can only train her to sleep in her own bed instead of with me HAHA!
