My Dad Isn't Speaking To Anyone In Our House At The Moment. Is It Something I've Done? What Should I Do?
Answers
I am sure that if you do not know the cause of his silence then it won't be your fault. There could be a number of reasons for your father's silence but I imagine that it all boils down to one thing - stress.
there could be so much going on that you don't know about; For example financial problems, work load or health problems which he may be dealing with. It could be that a combination of these factors are making him withdrawn.
Some people like to pour out their hearts while stressed, other people like to sit in silence and figure their next move.
I know that this can create a terribly uncomfortable environment, and you may feel as if you are walking on egg shells.
Try to stay out of his way and give him the space he needs. If you can don't add any extra pressure or stress onto him. When he opens up to you, be open in return. Its all you can do.

The dilemma you are going through… this predicament is faced by many people surrounding us..
I can wholly understand how you feel and how badly you desire to get your dad to be the same jolly dad.
Well, as far as you are concerned about his strange and peculiar behavior.... several reasons exist for his being so downtrodden
He may be suffering through some financial problems or if not that then some troubles relating to work.
No you have not done anything and stop feeling bad that you are the one top be blamed.
YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING!
Now, as far as the solution is concerning, darling.. Just try your level best to take him at some place which is relaxing and pleasurable to look and ask him the cause of his silence. Comfort him!
Tell him that you love from the depth of your heart!
Tell him that you will always be there for him and then I guess he would really like to talk to you about his tribulations!! Then, you can assure him and tell him that you will surely find a solution for that problem!
As simple as that!
