I am off balance occasionally

    You need a specific medical treatment and/or rehabilitation exercises. You should talk to a physician who may recommend a qualified clinician who will perform a balance screening.

    There are also easy workout at home if you could do that. Like rise to your tiptoes 10 times by standing near a support. Flex one leg slightly by standing on the other leg. For more details, click here
