Glendale Cove is located in Knights inlet which is the largest in the southern sections of British Columbia, Canada. It is located north of the city of Vancouver. The inlet measures nearly a 125 kilometer.

Glendale Cove and Knights inlet are popular destinations amongst wildlife tourists, especially those with an interest in Grizzly bears. This part of British Columbia is known for having the largest concentration of Grizzly bears.

Best times to see the bears is spring when they have done with their hibernation. Females also bring out their cubs and they are a welcome sight to see. There are various companies and holiday providers who promote cabin tours. Tourists are flown to the cabins from Vancouver and can then go on guided excursions to observe wildlife.

Besides bears wildlife such as humpback whales, seals, sea lions, dolphins, various and varied species of birds, porpoises and killer whales can be observed during different seasons of the year.
