My 1996 Chevy Blazer Has Trouble Starting After Rain, Fine In Good Weather. Can You Help?

    Sounds like either a bad coil or distributer cap. When this happens check for lack of or no spark coming from plug wires.  To do this you can insert a small steel punch or nail in the end of the plug wire and hold it within a inch or less from engine block if no spark normally this indicates a bad coil or coil wire. Be sure you're not touching anything metal when performing this test or you could get a good jolt. Your auto parts store should also be able to sell you a tester for this.
