When my friend would get a boil she would get a piece of raw beef(like a cheap steak) and warm it up in the microwave until it was warm not done...so about 45 sec and put it on top of the boil...it will bring it to a head.i have seen her do it...also they say you can use a raw potato cut it slice it open and hold it on the boil..it is supposed to bring it to a head...let me know if you try and the results.

Soak it in warm water with epsom salt pat dry and apply tea tree oil.... Soaking in regular salt water can help too...
