Pulled up old carpet. Found beautiful hardwood. How do I shine it up inexpensively?

There are loads of ways you can keep your hardwood floor shining:
1- Sweep your floor with soft bristle broom after every two days.
2- Vacuum at least twice a week and use soft brush to avoid scratches.
3- DO NOT use water to clean your floor.
4-Never drag furniture on the floor.
5-Waxing and buffing is recommended by the professionals but just once a month.

You can buy the polish you need from most diy stores but don't just use any polish not recommended i have a friend who did this and slipped and broke her hip quiet a nasty fall take care
